Are there any new products coming?
Always. We drop a fresh design every few months and bring classics back on rotation. New releases are announced first on our newsletter and Instagram — that's the best way to catch them.
What if my size is out of stock?
Email us at orders@90theoriginal.com with the product and size you want, and we'll add you to the restock list so you're first to know when it's back.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does it take to ship and receive my order?
We ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Once it leaves us, domestic US delivery usually runs 3–6 days. International times vary by destination.
Is free shipping available in the US?
Yes — free delivery on all domestic orders over $65, waived automatically at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We do, worldwide via USPS. Rates are calculated at checkout and we don't mark them up — you pay the carrier's price, nothing more.
Will I have to pay customs or import taxes on international orders?
Depending on your country, you may be charged customs duties or import taxes. Those are set by your local authorities, not by us.
What if my package says delivered, but I haven't received it?
First, check with your local post office. If you're still stuck, hit us up and we'll reach out to them on your behalf to help get it sorted.
Returns & Issues
What if my item arrives damaged?
We got you. Send us an email with a photo of the damage and we'll replace it — no stress.
What if my apparel doesn't fit?
Email orders@90theoriginal.com with your order number and we'll sort out an exchange — items need to be unworn and in original condition.
Books
Can I order more than one copy of the same book?
We keep it to one copy per title, per order. You can mix different titles freely — just not multiples of the same one.
How do books ship?
Books-only orders ship USPS Media Mail (2–8 business days). If you order books together with apparel, everything ships in one regular USPS package.
Do you ship books internationally?
Yes — via regular USPS international service, with rates calculated at checkout.
