What exactly is inside each subscription box?

Each box includes exclusive items inspired by a specific ’90s theme — think rare tees, archival collectibles, artist stories, and music-driven pieces you won’t find anywhere else. Every item is curated to honor the scene, the sound, and the soul of the decade that made us.

How often will I receive a box?

Roughly every 90 days — but it’s flexible. Drops can fall between 80 to 120 days depending on production, artist collaborations, or special releases. Each cycle is built with care, not a clock.

You’ll get an email 15–30 days in advance to preview the next box and know exactly when it’s coming.

Is the subscription open to everyone?

Nope — this is a private club. Only 90 spots are available per cycle. Sometimes we open a second wave (another 90) depending on demand, but once the drop sells out, it’s gone for good.

When does my subscription start?

Your subscription starts the day you place your first order. But renewal billing aligns with the launch date of each new cycle, so you’re in sync with the whole club — not just your personal timeline.

When will I be charged again?

You’ll be charged once every 3 months, automatically — no need to do anything. While the exact box release can vary (between 80–120 days) to allow for creative production, billing stays on a regular 3-month cycle.

And don’t worry — you’ll get an email 15–30 days before the next box so you always know what’s coming.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. You can cancel anytime before your next billing cycle to avoid future charges. If you cancel after a charge, your current box will still ship, but you won’t be renewed.

What if I cancel — can I come back?

If you cancel, your spot is released. You’ll need to rejoin the waitlist for a future cycle, and there’s no guarantee of availability. Club spots are limited and in demand.

How much is shipping?

U.S. shipping is 100% free. International shipping is calculated automatically by USPS — we don’t profit off it. In fact, any shipping discounts we receive are passed on to you for the lowest possible cost.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Just note that customs fees may apply depending on your country — we can’t control that part, but we’re here to help if needed.

When will my box ship?

• The first 40 boxes ship within 3–5 business days of launch.

• The remaining 50 will ship in approx. 3–4 weeks, due to the time needed for exclusive book printing and production.

We’ll keep you updated with tracking and timelines every step of the way.

Can I return my box or get a refund?

Because each box is limited edition and curated with care, we don’t accept returns. However, if anything arrives damaged or missing, we’ll make it right.

Yes! Our iconic 90 The Original zip-up hoodies are making a return in the second half of 2025. Stay tuned and keep an eye on our socials for release dates.

How long does it take to ship my order?

We usually ship within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Please note we do not ship on weekends since USPS is closed.
However, in rare cases—such as high order volumes or supply issues—shipping may take up to 10 days. We always do our best to keep things moving fast!

What if my package says delivered, but I haven’t received it?

First, we recommend checking in with yourlocal post officeand contacting the postal service in your country.
If you’re still stuck after that, hit us up! We'll reach out to them on your behalf and help get things sorted.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We got you. Just send us an email with a photo of the damage, and we'll replace your broken product—no stress.

How long will it take to get my order?

We typically dispatch packages within a 2-5 days from the moment of order. For domestic shipments within the US, delivery usually takes 3-6 days once the package leaves our wearhouse. For international orders, delivery times are vary depending on provider.

What is the shipment cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on your location. We do not mark up shipping prices; international shipping can be costly due to the actual expenses involved. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to ensuring your package arrives safely and promptly.

Is free shipping available in the US?

Yes, we offer free delivery for all domestic orders over $65. Simply meet the minimum purchase requirement, and the shipping cost will be automatically waived at checkout.
