How long does it take to ship my order?
We usually ship within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). We don't ship on weekends since USPS is closed. In rare cases—high order volumes or supply issues—it can take up to 10 days.
Is free shipping available in the US?
Yes—free delivery on all domestic orders over $65. The shipping cost is automatically waived at checkout once you hit the minimum.
What if my item arrives damaged?
